Memory Training (MM 1)

Description

This course introduces delegates to the functioning of their brain and develops a Memory Techniques. The essence of the tools presented are association techniques as they have been available since Antiquity. They build on the concept of creating images before the internal eye. These images are more easily and much faster accessible than other existing methods.

This course has been taught successfully to Executives, Bankers, Journalists, Lawyers, Public Relations Officers, Public Sector Employees, Research Fellows, Graduate Students and Children.

Aim

To provide the means by which people of all ages can memorise quickly and precisely information such as texts, speeches, languages and names in a simple and fun way.

Promised outcomes

On completion of the course, delegates will be able to:

  1. Memorise and recall a list of 40 items in the right order.
  2. Remember 10 jokes.
  3. Summarise 10 articles from memory.
  4. Recall vocabulary in a foreign language.
  5. Hold a short speech without notes.
  6. Remember the names of 10 people to whom they have just newly introduced.
  7. Understand how the brain processes information.
  8. Understand the basic functioning of the brain.
